I am a Registered Social Services Worker and Addictions and Mental Health Worker with over five years of experience supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse and those living with mental health struggles. My work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, and I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to every interaction.
I’ve spent four years working within the shelter systems in Kingston and Toronto, offering support to individuals facing housing insecurity, trauma, and crisis. I’ve also assisted countless individuals in moments of acute distress through crisis intervention services.
My mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where healing can begin.
